About the Client
Silver Bay Apartments is a residential lakeside community in Boise, Idaho, offering newly renovated apartment homes in a quiet, natural setting just minutes from downtown. Managed by a regional housing group, Silver Bay offers residents modern amenities like in-unit laundry, updated kitchens, and access to trails and parks. As part of a new service offering, the property began providing Sigmawifi’s high-speed internet service to residents — a major upgrade to the living experience.

Project Scope
The flyer needed to balance two things: the Sigmawifi brand identity and Silver Bay’s established property aesthetic. The goal was to clearly explain the new internet offering and provide easy next steps for residents — whether they were moving in for the first time or learning about the upgrade. With limited space, messaging had to be simple, clear, and visually aligned with both brands.
